Question about Computers & Internet
My vehicle was safely parked and I was peacefully having coffee, when my vehicle was involved in an accident with a truck that badly damaged my vehicle. Not being at fault at all, my Insurance Company says that they cannot recover such excess from the insured third party because they refuse being guilty, based on the grounds that their truck was robbed and the hijackers caused the accident. Where do I stand for justice on my side?
That depends on the laws of your country, state, or province. Legally, FixYa cannot provide legal advice. Have you consulted a lawyer?
