Recovery of excess amount of R2700,00 paid

My vehicle was safely parked and I was peacefully having coffee, when my vehicle was involved in an accident with a truck that badly damaged my vehicle. Not being at fault at all, my Insurance Company says that they cannot recover such excess from the insured third party because they refuse being guilty, based on the grounds that their truck was robbed and the hijackers caused the accident. Where do I stand for justice on my side?

What if the 2000 dodge caravan break light comes on

If the BRAKE light comes on, and the parking brake is not engaged, it indicates a potentially very dangerous condition, where hydraulic pressure is lost in the system. IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IF THE BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATES, EVEN "ONCE IN AWHILE," WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL.

The cause for the issue may be:
  1. Bad master cylinder (most likely);
  2. Contaminated brake fluid (if the wrong kind of fluid was used);
  3. Bad wheel cylinder(s);
  4. Damaged brake line;
  5. Excessive wear on brake parts (such as pads and rotors);
  6. Defective brake pressure sensor.

The amount of oil moving with the gas is minimal as it is only what passes the pistons as lubricant that travels with the gas. The receiver dryer catches most of the oil that is moving. New compressors have the correct amount of oil so if you have the need to add oil check what is in the dryer and that will all that you need to add. If the system has excessive oil in it you will experience problems in the tx valve as the oil blocks up the opening.

I don't mean take the vehicle back to the shop
I mean you getting involved

I won't be supprised you never got much done,regardless

The breaker just flipped off and the printer will not power up now.

A service call might be needed for this problem.
There might be a short in this machine.
Furthermore, make sure to check the receptacle circuit to be sure it is not overloaded. Having an excessive amount of items plugged to the breaker circuit can cause the breaker to flip off, even if the machine has no problems. Coffee pot, refrigerator, heater, etc.
If anything else place a service call to be safe.

three things to check

bad Universal Joint,
with the vehicle in park and the parking brake firmly set get under the vehicle and check for excessive play at either end of the driveshaft.

bad transmission mount
get a helper, have them start the vehicle and with the parking brake firmly set and the brake pedal depressed put it in reverse (DO NOT BE UNDER VEHICLE AND STAY CLEAR OF TIRES) , watch the driveshaft and transmission for movement.

open the hood, have the helper once again start the engine and put the vehicle in reverse with the parking brake set and the brake pedal depressed, watch for excessive engine movement.

Will not shift out of park until you stomp on brake pedal

The transmission safety interlock is standard equipment on all newer vehicles with automatic transmissions. Cars with straight drives also have a similar safety device that will not allow you to start the engine without first depressing the clutch. If it takes an excessive amount of force on the brake pedal to be able to shift out of park, you need to go to a good transmission shop for a linkage adjustment.
