The actual cause of this will depend on what type of shower unit this relates to - ie Mixer Valve, Electric Shower etc.
Generally though if the unit is new and therefore under the manufacturers warranty period the best course of action would be to contact Triton Service Dept direct - Tel 0844 980 0750 where a in warranty service visit may be arranged for you.
