Cannot buy things

Help! My girl is in her second year at the farm, and suddenly I cannot buy anything; seeds, groceries, wine/grape juice, hay for the cows, medicine, etc. I also cannot sell my chickens, cows or sheep. I have been to the grocery store, Won's shack on the beach, everywhere. I have even gone to confession and said the townspeople don't like me, and I was forgiven. Does anybody know how to fix this?
