From all that this appears to be a failing CCD
There is nothing for you to do here except contact Panasonic with the detail as in your most recent.
Failing CCd's are not uncommon and in the past have resulted in the camera being replaced free of charge- So contact Panasonic support.

Black fuzzy spot in pictures

Have you verified that it is in the picture and not the screen by transferring the photos to your computer?

You way have some dust or lint that got on the lens if the photos have that problem.

Just take an eyeglass cloth and spray wither eyeglass cleaner, or just a little dab of alcohol and then wipe the lens clean.

Blue and Pink spot on my Panasonic Projection LCD

Panasonic didn't release a 61" LC13, are you sure that you dont have a PT-61LCX65, 35 or 15. If your model ends with a 5, call 1-800-211-PANA (7262) to schedule service, they have a fix fuzzy the fuzzy colored spots they are covering under warranty.

I have small, fuzzy, gray spot in the same place on every photo. Nikon D40.

I would first try to clean the lense. If that does not work, swap lenses and see if it is in fact a problem with the lense or more with the body of your d40.

Gray cloudy spot in center of photos;distorted light streaks

Time for another. Sell yours to a repairman in an ebay auction, keeping your accessories, and buy a working used on without accessories cheap.

Or this may be a good time to either buy another TZ3 refurb w/warranty(90 days I think) or a new one one Ebay. They are very reasonable since being replaced with the newer TZ5.
