SOURCE: New airconditioner (installed 5 days

do nothing on a brand new unit but let the installer or service tech fix it for free, if you go messing with it you may camoflouge the real problem and when the repair tech arrives he wont be able to observe the actual cause or fault and it will do it again after hes gone and you'll be back to square one. please don't touch a thing till the tech arrives and gets the chance to see it broken and use his tools to determine the problem. good luck.

SOURCE: carrier split 42G250HF-1(indoor unit

I'm not sure exactly what unit you have and what controls you have installed on the unit. But....there usually is a flash code schematic on the unit. Usually on the inside of the blower compartment cover. This should tell you what is wrong with the unit. It could have a low voltage short somewhere and is loosing the call for cool. So the answer can be a possible yes to your question but without knowing the flash code, it's hard to tell from my point of view. You might end up calling a service professional out to check it.

First check and see if a code of flashing lights on the fan board relay is flashing any number of flashes. If it is count the flashes and refer to owners manual for code of number of flashes for the problem with furnaces air handling problems. If not flashing any codes on the fan relay board I would think the thermostat is the culprit. I have had alot of these newer t-stats go bad as compared to the old mercury t-stats of the days of gone by.I have seen old Honeywell round T-87 stats as old as 60-70 years old still working when removed.

The unit either encountered a brown out or a surge which burned up the board for the condenser. It had black marks on the board and the indoor unit was flashing. Replaced the board and the unit is still...

After replacing the burned condenser board, check also the entire condensing unit if still ok ( compressor and fan motor). If the light inside the indoor unit is still flashing, the timer is still not giving signal for the compressor to start. Adjust temperature and wait for 3-5 minutes. It light continue flashing, there is something wrong with the indoor unit control.

2005 honda odyssey homelink programming

If you just received your vehicle and have not trained any of the buttons in HomeLink before, you should erase any previously learned codes before training the first button. To do this, press and hold the two
outside buttons on the HomeLink Transceiver for about 20 seconds, or
until the red indicator flashes.
Release the buttons, then go to step 1.
If you are training the second or third buttons, go directly to step 1.

1. Unplug the garage door opener motor from the electrical outlet.
2. Hold the end of the garage door opener remote 2 to 5 inches from HomeLink. Make sure you are not blocking your view of the red indicator in HomeLink.
3. Press and hold the remote transmitter button and one of the HomeLink buttons at the same time.
If the red indicator in HomeLink begins to flash slowly at first, then rapidly, release both buttons, and go to step 5. If the red indictor in HomeLink continues to flash slowly (does not flash rapidly), your remote transmitter may stop transmitting after a short time. Go to step 4.
4. Press and hold the remote transmitter button and one of the HomeLink buttons at the same
time. While continuing to hold the HomeLink button, press and release the remote transmitter button every 2 seconds. If the red indicator in HomeLink begins to flash slowly at first, then rapidly, release both buttons, and go to step 5. If the red indicator in HomeLink continues to flash slowly (does not begin to flash rapidly), repeat steps 2 thru 4.
5. Plug in the garage door opener motor, then test the HomeLink button by pushing it for about 1
second. If the button works, programming is complete. If the button does not work go to step 6.
6. Push and hold the HomeLink button for a few seconds, then watch the red indicator on HomeLink.
If the indicator stays on or flashes slowly, repeat steps 2 thru 5. If the indicator flashes rapidly
for 2 seconds then stays on, you have a rolling code transmitter. Go “Training with a Rolling Code System”
7. two HomeLink buttons to operate any other compatible remotely controlled devices around your
home (lighting, automatic gate, security system, etc.).
Repeat these steps to train the other

If you do not have two furnaces hooked together, you have a bad circuit board or an improper ground or neutral wire.
