Check that you are installing the needle correctly, that the machine is threaded properly. Use only fresh, good quality thread--no bargain bin or old thread. Be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the top thread. Check that the bobbin is loaded and threaded correctly. Make sure the feed dogs are up and the stitch length is set to at least #2. If you are still having problems, it could need some adjustment.

How do i tension my machine please?

You need to provide the make & model of your machine so we can appropriately address your question.

HINT: When threading the upper thread, be sure to keep the presser foot in the RAISED position. This releases the tension disk and allows the thread to seat firmly.

When I finish to sew the end of string does not lacks it self and when you pull the bottom of the string everything opens

If the upper thread is looping on the bottom of the fabric as you sew, the upper tension is too loose. It could be threaded incorrectly, the upper thread may not be seated in the tension disk properly (be sure to RAISE the presser foot BEFORE threading the upper thread), or the upper thread tension is set too loose.

If you have checked everything and it is still looping underneath, the bobbin tension may be too loose or the bobbincase needs replacement.

Could be that your bobbin thread is wound too tightly and having a problem pulling thread from it. Try setting the pressure on bobbin a bit less and that may cure it.

How to thread a singer hand held

Thread should flow from top right of bobbin or spool and the spring must be in place before installing the bobbin.
1. Thread the handy stitcher
2. Pass thread through hole on the thread guide which sticks out from the side of the needle arm.
3. Pass thread through top of the tension control between the plates, but don't wrap completely around the tension control.
4. Then pass the thread through the thread guide located on the bottom side of the needle arm directly behind the needle.
5. Use threader to pass thread through eye of the needle from back to front (opposite of a "real" electronic sewing machine.
Hope this helps.
