Restart the laptop HOLD the keys CTRL or FN +f11 or f12 depend of you mark, model. and go to restore factory default.
Or use the system administrator recovery coming with your computer or download from acer.

They didn't take me to a screen where I could restore factory defaults. But it enabled the keyboard somehow. The only ting now is I have to hold down those keys everytime I start my laptop.
