Question about Eclipse 2gb Cld Mp3 Player
For some reason,I cannot adjust the volume. When I press the button as directed,a visual of a lock appears with a hold symbol next to it.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

you just need to hit the "VOL" button once, which will light up the # of the volume setting (18 is factory set). then you toggle the left or right arrows to either decrease or increase the volume # to the desired setting. i think the highest is 32.

you hook up your mp3 player up to your computer, go to window media player, go to portable device, and right click whatever song you want to delete( :

Even the above solution did not work for me, but once I got rid of ALL folders, even the highest level, and dropped the tracks directly into the root directory of the player (alongside the free tracks that come pre-loaded) it worked fine. This means if you are using WMP to load songs, you will have to manually undo the nested folder hierarchy WMP creates.
