SOURCE: Can't turn tablet on

You need to press the button for a few seconds, when you see the logo appears then move your hand. Or it may no battery, charge it and later try again. If there are problems of it, it's better to contact Toshiba for help.

It appears your Galaxy is faulty and it will still be under warranty. I suggest you take it to the supplier to get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
If you try to repair it yourself, you will most likely void your warranty.

SOURCE: my android tablet is "frozen". Will turn on but

has anything been deleted from it when it has been plugged into a computer or has anything been deleted from the device itself from its root directory? if not and its gone like that by itself, it could be corrupted software or a missing root file which is usually bad at first, now what i know about some tablets is if it wont work theres a recovery file usually internally but this is in some tablets only that ive read about, i also have one but havent needed to try to restore it and it can be done from an engineering mode, this is possable by pressing the power button and another button like the home button at the same time once the unit is off untill it turns back on with options, but as for some models im not sure of but i will have to look this up at some stage as i am working on tablets at this time so unless you know what you are doing i wouldnt attempt it, once i have gotten through some tablets ill be able to give a better resolution on this subject with others. the advice ive given wont work for all as pressing power and home will start different options up on different tablets and versions.

Matsunichi 97 tablet camera - how to change direction the camera faces. I warn to take pictures across the the room and not of myself.

I managed to find a manual for the M97 tablet which I assume is the one you are referring to here:
Having searched for "camera" on the pdf document obtained there is no mention at all of a camera on the back, just the camera on the screen side which obviously functions as a webcam for applications such as Skype. There was no picture of the back of the tablet, so I couldn't confirm that there was no camera there or means to swivel the camera. During my Google search I also found a YouTube video about this machine so I had a quick look at this here:
Matsunichi 9 7 tablet 8gb dual core M97
and part way through there were clear shots of the back of the tablet. There were no apertures through which a camera could "look" to take a picture, and this combined with the lack of mention of "changing the direction of the camera" I have to conclude that the camera is fixed and you have to point the screen side of the tablet at any scene you wish to photograph. Not very convenient !!
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya

How do i get rid of the fbi warning virus on a matsunichi m97 tablet

This type of infection require technical skills. Since I believe this is an Android tablet then a "reset" will take of the problem.

I had this same problem, and found the answer. look on youtube and search for le pan s teardown. The le pan s is the same model. Follow those instructions to take off the back cover and then find the cable that goes to the big black batteries, then carefully disconnect it and leave it off for 30-60 seconds. Reconnect the cable and put the back cover back on. It should turn on now, but if it doesnt, you will probably need to plug in your charger.
