There is no water coming out of the hot or cold Water Spinets I think the motor burned out

you search for addi and you get other bastards who list under addi, but have no addi. I cant even find the company phone no. i think they are out of business. I have a similar problem and it is the thermostat that is broken. To check this, remove the two wires to the thermostat mounmted on the back condensor and connect them together temporarily and see if the cooler works. if it does, then replace the thermostat

Setup your IP addresses correctly by checking available IP addies in router.

You will have to know your router addie and your available wireless addies (in router). For this you need to enter router configuration (read manual).

Open network properties, tcp/ip properties, check "use following ip addie and enter something like 192.168.1.5 depending on what your router is setup as available.

Enter same subnet as your router.

Enter DNS server addies from you ISP.
