Keurig B60 will not dispense any coffee

Last night I noticed that when I went to brew a cup of coffee it too a long time to start dispensing, but when it did it was fine. This morning, it made about 1/4 cup of coffee on the medium mug setting. This afternoon- nothing. It says ready- lights flash and it never dispenses....

- same problem. only dispenses 1/4 cup then stops.. water backed up. There is a fix for the B100 model here that may be the same problem, but I cannot get the case off this model. Any help would be appreciated.http://www.fixya.com/support/r155528-keurig_b100_not_brewing_fix
