Picture cannot be transfer to computer (by 2 users)

What version of windows do you have? If you are using Windows XP, you just need to plug the supplied cord into the camera, and then plug the usb lead into the computer. Windows XP will automatically recognize the camera and you will be ready to unload in about 2-3 minutes the first time you plug it in. The pc will recognize the camera as a removable drive, so go into "MY COMPUTER" and look for a removable drive called "Sony". Navigate thru the first folder until you get to the picture files.
