My locked function somehow came on and now when I turn on the device, it says "keys locked" then automatically shuts down. Please help!

I tried to push the unlock button several times, but it still say that the keys are lock. How do I get it to unlock. Please help.

WizIf I remember correctly the "Hold" switch on these devices is on the right-hand side and should be showing a red spot at the moment.
