Steam is a game application engine, and is required by several game sin order for them to function, and as such, they are normally included within the installation software, as it is nessecary for the games online functionality to work. Some games are online only, and as such, STEAM must be present or the game won't work.
Please uninstall any LGS version present on your OS -
Then please proceed to clean boot.

-> Unplug all the USB devices connected to the computer ( Less keyboard + mouse ) please use corded kbd+mouse if possible rather than a cordless device.
-> Go to device manager
-> Delete all the USB HOST CONTROLLER -- All of them --
-> The host controller might reinstall them itslef, let the computer handle the reinstallation
-> If the computer does not reinstall the host controllers, trigger the detection using the DM function " Scan for new hardware " ( The computer with magnifier icon )
-> Once reinstalled, clean boot
-> Reinstall the software, plug the hardware when needed.
-> Should work.
This TB delete the usb ports " memory " means if a device as been previously flagged with error, it will redetect the device without the flag, unless there is some serious issue with the hardware/OS
If after this the issue persist, then I suggest you to call Logitech support to issue a replacement, hardware failures are covered by warranty terms
Thanks and have a nice day !
You need a steam account, all you have to do is sign up with Steam (which is free). However, if you have downloaded this game, chances are it may not work because majority of steam users actually download their games via steam (they pay using a credit card, and are then able to download a fully certified legal game). I would suggest signing up for a Steam account and trying to play. If that doesn't work, there are a few ways you can by pass it. ONLY playing LAN games is one. (Or in this case, pretending to only play LAN games.) You can do this by: 1. Downloading Garena, Hamachi or Leaf. These are programs that let you play LAN games. (Supposed LAN games, because actually you're playing internationally, just like if you were on a console, but you are tricking the PC to thinking it's a LAN game, as well as fooling the game itself.) I would suggest downloading Garena as it works really well and has the major mainstream PC games. (Plus it is easy to use.) Just go here: http://www.en.garena.com/main/
They will give you instructions on how to download Garena, create an account, as well as other information you need. Hope this helps!
if your usb port is not recognized by your computer anything you want to install in your usb will not function,try to check your usb on device maneger and updated your driver through website,
if your game controler is not recognized by your computer go to control panel click game controler and add your device follow the wisard instruction and install your controler,controler is plug and play device.have a nice day,regards
So, no flashing lights when you connect it to the USB charger? Have you tried alternate USB slots? Have you tried your PC's USB connection? The controller, if still functioning, should accept a charge. If not, try a similar USB cable to see if that's the issue. If that doesn't resolve the problem, you may need a new controller.
I used one like that for my windows xp home PC (It looks just like the Playstation 2 controller) and it worked with MAME (original arcade games that were downloaded on my computer) It comes with a little CD that has the drivers on it...Look on ebay..they are very cheap coming from China and Hong Kong
Some of the games for windows games which support controllers are ridiculously finicky. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge moto gp 07 is one of those. There may be a workaround pushed into an update somewhere though, so make sure your game is fully updated.
