Question about Computers & Internet
Reset your network, and restart the laptop. Get a network cable (CAT5) and connect the laptop to the router with that and download THIS PROGRAM, and install it. It is free and I have used it and trust it. Run it to update your drivers. Make sure your wireless adapter in the laptop is turned on. If it still won't connect, uninstall it from the Device Manager, and reboot. Go back to the Device Manager, and make sure it has been reinstalled, and make sure it has no Exclamation mark or and X. Is should work, if it is turned on. Use your WiFi network password to log in. Post back with any further results, please.
