Question about Robinair Cool Tech 34700Z Recovery, Recycling, Recharging

My robinair 34700z won't recover or fill tank

First off I was recovering a van and I heard a funny noise and it stopped recovering so I cleaned and swapped the recovery solenoid and cleaned all other solenoid in the machine my oil drain wasn't working right because when I disconnected it like 25 oz of oil came out so this may have something to do with it. The compressor turns on but was very warm I think the compressor got flooded with oil from faulty oil drain solenoid but don't want to buy something I don't need any help I'd appreciate

Robinair model 34288 will not stop recovering

what is the pressure reading on your guages? if it is below 0 if so the vacuum pump should kick on. if the vacuum pump keeps turning on and off check the software version on the machine if it is not 3.09 or 3.11 the software needs updated contact your local robinair service center. if it is not the software then the recovery solenoid may be sticking closed and will need replaced.

This is a common problem of Robinair 34700Z / 347002k & 347112k series don't worry just check the following :- 1# Verify the ISV tank is not overfilled.if full, remove some refrigerant manually from tank. 2# Purge excess air from the tank manually.( Open air purge hose from the tank, then press tank valve as needed to purge air from the tank) 3#Check the air purge solenoid & High pressure switch for proper operation.Hope this will solve your problem, Best of luck & vote for my solution

It is clear to me you need to Replace the Compressor! But if you want to make sure yourself, please do the following: Press recover & fix a vacuum gauge on your machin Compressor suction port & monito the gauge is going up to13"HG suction,if not then you need to replace the compressor.
I wish this will help you to solve the the problem. if so, pls vote for it. Good luck!

You can do the following :
1# Rebuild/Replace ''charge'' solenoid.
2# Check ''recover'' solenoid is working properly. Repair as need. If recover solenoid is OK, Then you may have to replace the "Compressor".
I hope this will help you to rectify the problem. If so, please vote for solution. Best of Luck!

You may did not open the tank valve before you press fill key! please try as bellow:
Connect tank fill adapter to source tank & open tank valve then make the tank up side down, now press tank fill key. screen will change to checking source tank for 30/60 sec. then start filling.
If you try as above direction & still the problem exist,it may need to replace or rebuild tank fill solenoid.
