just ring your network provider and get them to send you the multimedia settings. when you recieve the settings save them an it should work if you still have problems i would go read the manual.

For you to be able to use internet on your phone. You first need to contact your mobile service provider and ask them to activate your phone's internet service. After this, they can easily send out the settings for your phone.. run the automatic settings setup message and viola! you should be able to get internet access. I hope this helps.
I have a samsung J700 mobile phone and i want to send and receive photo's or anything downloaded on it,I did try to use from my browser but still cannot receive or send any.And i wanted also to change my alert tone into music from my media player.How to do that?Hope you could help me with this..
You either are overlooking the menu in which this action is performed or your phone may simply not have this capability....i suggest looking in other sound or media related menus of your phone. the option is probably hidden in another menu some where on your phone
