   • I have a sony TV 60" rear pro lcd model # KFWS60S1 with a blue streak at the bottom left corner and its getting bigger. it has a slight yellow haze in the middle of the screen and 4 blue dots. Its embarrassing to watch. I bought the product in AUG 2005. I realise its the optical block but I can't get any help from Sony as I have called them several times

   • I have the Vega 50we610 and it started with blue dots in middle of screen and now covers the whole screen. There is also a blue hue from top to bottom on the right side of screen. This is also the second lamp replacement in less than 5 years. For this price of Tv and it being Sony Brand I am really disappointed.

   • I have the KF-50WE610 which is just about 5 years old. I just had to replace the Lamp 3 months ago (not under warranty) and I now have a football sized blue hue in the upper eft middle of my screen. Sony is claiming they will not cover it! Any suggestions?

   • I just noticed about 40 or 50 blue dots in the center of my $7000 KDF-70XBR950 TV. The killer is that the manufacture date is March 2005. It looks like the problem is getting progresivly worse with time. I'm just starting my communictions with Sony and I'm hoping for some recourse....if not I believe I will have a decent chance to recoupe my costs in small claims based on the well docmented history of the problem.

   • My Sony KF42WE620 has a blue hue at the bottom left area that goes half way up the screen. I've had to replace the projector lamp just over 1 1/2 yrs. ago (not under warranty). The TV is just over 3yrs. old!

   • same problem heard they have an extended warranty on certain models until oct 30 08 I have a kf 42we610

   • 1' x 6" blue cloud along bottom of screen. Also runs up center of screen and in bottom right corner.

   • i have the KF42we610 sony model. The unit looks great with the exception of a patch of blue dots in the middle of the screen. It covers an area the size of a dinner plate. Its not overpowering, but noticeable.

    • I have a KF-42WE610 it has a blue half moon shape that gives everything a blue tint. I have replaced the bulb but no change. There is also a blue dot about 1" in size in the very top right of the screen.
