hi there! :) try to clear the cache and cookies it might work! :) here's how: for firefox At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then click Options. Select the Advanced panel. Click on the Network tab. In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now. for internet explorer 1.On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab. 2.On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Temporary Internet Files button and Cookies. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache and cookies for google chrome Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar. Select Tools. Select Clear browsing data. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data. dont forget to close your browser and open a new one once your computer is done clearing the cache and cookies. hope it works! :)
