Press the F5 key in the top row of keys to refresh your screen. Laptop touch pads do go bad, it may have a small amount of dirt or something in it, or the switch has failed. This means that the whole piece may have to be replaced. If you are taking about an external mouse, get a new one. You can get a small wireless mouse to use which is what I do. I hate touchpads.

Toshiba s8995e right mouse button doesnt work

You may have to try and do System Restore on your PC to a period in time when all your buttons (keyboard refers) worked.

Another alternative is to Uninstall the most recent program you installed and you started experiencing a faulty right mouse button on your PC

My dynex wireless mouse model dx-pwlmse just stopped working after having it for a couple years. changed the battery, moved usb to different usb ports doesnt matter wont work anywhere.

Hi.

There should be a small button on the underneath of the mouse which should say "connect" press that button and also the one on the USB receiver if it has one. Also check if you have put the batteries in the right way round.

Regards.

Keyboard doesnt work mouse does

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

Left mouse click quit working

Hi

If this a laptop touchpad mouse button, I've had a similiar problem with a older laptop, the button was not getting touched properly, I had to press it harder a few times and it eventually started to work again.

There maybe something in between case and the button that is perventing it from being pressed completely.

If this doesn't help, try using a external usb mouse for example.
The laptop might need to be taken apart and the touchpad buttons looked at and possibly cleaned or the buttons / whole touchpad replaced to sort out the problem.

Thanks and good luck, let me know if you need further assistance.

Microsoft wireless notebook optical mouse 3000 Doesnt seem to work?

Okay, a coworker had this problem and it was a fairly easy fix, first, plug the USB reciever into a direct USB port, then pess the connect button on the underside of the mouse, when the red light starts blinking let go and then press it and hold, and at the SAME TIME press and hold the connect button on the receiver until both the receiver light and the mouse light turn on steadily, and voila!

My sister recently went to get her laptop fix but before the mouse was working find but after she got it back it doesnt work at all

Try resetting the mouse. On the base of the mouse, there is a red reset button. Press that, while simultaneously pressing the black reset button on the base of the charger. The laser light should becomes steady after a moment, indicating that the mouse is in sync with the laptop. If the laser is blinking, however, then the mouse is attempting to become synced. You may have to press the reset button multiple times. Hope this helps.
