Ricoh MPC3003SP SC672-11. what are the possible solutions to this error. i have already replaced the controller board

No. Type Details (Symptom, Possible Cause, Troubleshooting Procedures)
672 D
Controller start up error
? After the machine is powered on, the communication between the
controller and the operation panel is not established, or
communication with controller is interrupted after a normal startup.
? After startup reset of the operation panel, the attention code (FDH)
or the attention acknowledge code (FEH) is not sent from the
controller within 30 seconds.
? After the controller issues a command to check the communication
line with the controller at 30-second intervals, the controller fails to
respond twice.
1. Controller stalled
2. Controller board installed incorrectly
3. Controller board defective
4. Operation panel connector loose or defective
5. The controller is not completely shut down when the main switch is
turned off.
? Check the setting of SP5-875-001. If the setting is set to "1 (OFF)",
change it to "0 (ON)"

Kitchenaid dishwasher kuds30ixssa has pump running but have no lights on control panel with door closed.

Did you have a power outage recently? They are notorious for damaging circuit boards--usually about 3-4 weeks after the power interruption strange things will either start happening or *not* happening with appliances due to damaged computer chips on the boards starting to fail. Your symptoms indicate either a blown user interface(push button panel) or a defective main control board(board with the brains on it) or both!

I have an LED Sharp Aquos,LC-70C6400C, I have replaced the con board already, and the problem persist, I have power, back light, and audio but video is frozen, see picture

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

LG TV 55LD520-US having audio problems. No audio, when shut off speakers and turn on audio comes back on. This is continuous on this LG TV.

Sounds like speaker fault. Contact any service technician. Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience.

Element tv no picture just sound already replaced inverter board. What else could be wrong

Check voltage supplied to the back-light inverter board; from the main power regulator board. If there is no voltage; check for the reason. If there is voltage; and still the back-light does not turn on; two possibilities are there.
1. Damaged back-light lamp/s.
2. Start up voltage to back light inverter board does not comes from the main board. If this is the case, main board is faulty. Contact any service technician; if so.

Audio but no picture

Audio but no pictureb>This is a common issue in many LCD or Plasma sets andit does not have a common solution.Inmost cases you need to first check for missing voltages on the power supplyboard and for damaged caps there. Ifgood voltages exist then look elsewhere.LCD(not projection) sets often use a back light to provide the light source forthe screen unit (display panel) so confirming the voltage for those is first-ifback lights are used but not on it is either no voltage, not being turned on bythe set, or bad light unit/s.Inthese sets there are also boards that "Drive" the panel itself. Usually the set will use two boards (somecombine both into one large board---names vary but are Inverters, Y-boards (Ymeans video) T-con boards etc. Usuallyin this case only one half of the screen will be black but it is possible forit to cause a total loss of brightness also.Plasmasets are similar to some degree but with no back light in most cases. Troubleshooting can be tedious and expensive-Taking one of these sets apart requiressome skill as one wrong move and the Display panel can be instantly damagedwhich is fatal from a repair cost point of view.Otherpossible solutions include but are not limited to physical problems---looseplugs or connections (look for any plugs held down with tape where they pluginto a board). Alot of people with problems play the guessing game-buy and try a board afterresearch which can get expensive and may not fix the set---gamble or not?Ihave seen sets where every single board was replaced and set still did not havea picture-means display panel is theproblem.Theproblem can even be the "main" board in some cases-it controls thecommunication with the panel and if faulty can cause issues.Asidefrom checking voltages, connections etc. there are a few otherconsiderations---The problem can be the display panel itself---Part cost forthat is more than the set cost when new.Thepanel connects to the boards that drive it with either a multi-pin conventionalplug or a RIBBON CABLE.Theworst case is the problem is a ribbon cable etc. bad or damaged INSIDE thepanel where it cannot be got at.Thatmeans if the case set would cost too much to repair.Theconnectors where the cable attaches outside of the panel can also develop dirtyor loose connections.Fansin units that use them can be an issue if dirty or not moving.Asyou can see (or not if no brightness) the problem sounds simple but has manypossible different causes.Letme know if you have questions as I am here to try to help.SDTECH 5_31_2012_1_56_48_pm.jpg

  • Damaged APP sensor.
  • Damaged powertrain control module (PCM).
Diagnostic Aids: This DTC is an informational DTC and can be set in combination with a number of other DTCs which are causing the FMEM. Diagnose other DTCs first. Application Key On Engine Off Key On Engine Running Continuous Memory All GO to QE1
P0506 - Idle Air Control (IAC) System RPM Lower Than Expected For Vehicles With Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Description: This DTC is set when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects an engine idle speed that is less than the desired RPM. Possible Causes:
  • Air intake restriction.
  • Exhaust restriction.
  • Engine mechanical fault.
  • Damaged electronic throttle body (ETB).
  • Damaged PCM.
Diagnostic Aids: This DTC is informational only and it may be accompanied by other DTCs. Diagnose other DTCs first. If other DTCs are not present inspect the intake air system for air restrictions and damage. If no concerns are present, clear the DTC and retest. For All Others Description: This DTC is set when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects an engine idle speed that is less than the desired RPM. Possible Causes:
  • IAC circuit open.
  • Air inlet is plugged.
  • B+ or VPWR to IAC solenoid open.
  • Damaged or incorrect IAC valve.
  • IAC valve stuck closed.
  • VPWR to IAC solenoid open.
  • IAC circuit shorted to PWR.
Diagnostic Aids: Disconnect the IAC valve and look for little or no change in engine RPM as an indication of a stuck or damaged valve. Application Key On Engine Off Key On Engine Running Continuous Memory Vehicles With Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Refer to the Description, Possible Causes and Diagnostic Aids for the DTC. All others GO to KE1
