If the line displayed is a very thin one, and across the center of the screen, it is a problem with its vertical sweep. Check and replace the vertical output IC. If you wish to get more details, and schematic similar to LG, check the site linked here. Check what is the IC number used with your TV. Possible there is a fault in soldering. Poor joints in the CRT base circuit of the CRT tube will result in poor connection after some use due to the fact the heating and cooling will detach off the leads. So use a good soldering iron to touch up all the points in your main board and the CRT board and it must work provided your tube is not faulty.
