Might be difficult but try bleach over the scratches. Ask hardware store if they have a solution.

The tub is clogged with hair

Few plumbing issues such as Dripping faucets. Running toilets. Leaky valves. Clogged bathtubs can be solved by our own trying few things.
1)Firstly lookout for what is causing blockage such as soap or hair inside the pipeline blocking water just pull it out from pipes.
2)Secondly use a plunger(Tool used by plumber to clear clog) pour some water in bathtub to cover the plunger block the overflow of water with rag.Place the plunger over drain pull up & down 5 to 6 times.
3)Lastly if still the clog is not cleared try out with snake a long flexible steel cable wound on a handle In a sink you just feed the snake down the drain, but on a bathtub you need to feed the snake down through the overflow plate opening. Start by feeding about 3 feet of the snake into the opening, turning it as you push it forward. You will feel some resistance as you work the snake through the trap under the drain, and the turning helps to move the head through the trap. The snake should either break up the clog by pushing its way through it, or your turning will hook the end of the snake onto the clog and you can pull it out.

After trying with above if still there is plumbing issue call sewer line repair services for help.

Water over flowing from the toilet

It must be clogged. Try using a plunger first. If thayt doesn't work, consider using a "toilet snake". Simply place the end of the flexible cable into the toilet bowl and begin unwinding. The cable will extend round the bends in your trap way dislodging any clogs as it goes. If you come to the point where you feel some resistance, you will need to rewind the cable back into the bowl and remove anything that comes up with it. Repeat this process until your toilet runs clear.

My truck want start the pump is working but still not starting only when u put gas in carborator. i can blow through both sides of the filter to. what should i do

Recommend you loosen the fuel line at the carburetor to see if there is pressure there. If yes, take the float bowl cover off to see if the bowl is filling. If the bowl is not filling, there is a clog between the line and the float needle--use a wire to clear out the clog. If the bowl is filling, remove the carburetor and rebuild it or replace with a rebuilt one. Rebuilding a carburetor is not hard, but in the case of a clogged carb, you need to clear all the passages well. Please let me know if you have questions and thanks for using FixYa.

My husband dropped Q Tips (around 20) in the toilet and instead of taking them out, flushed them! Now when you flush, the water fills instead of draining then initially has the correct amount of water in...

If the snake won't reach, it is not the toilet, but rather in the wasteline. if the qtips were the sort with paper stems and not plastic, you can use a bacterial enzyme drain opener to clear the clog over a few days. qtips should not have clogged the line. You likely have some buildup on the inside of your wastelines that will be cleaned out by the bacterial treatment. The chemical solutions are not as thorough as the bacterial and they are quite hard on sewer and septic systems.

If you have access to a small sink "snake" used to clear clogs in sinks, you might be able to use it to "snag" the sock and pull it out. Needs to be a metal sewer snake so that you can tug on it if and when it snags the sock.

If there is a shower in the same bath is it also draining slowly?
If so check that drain systems air vent, (on the roof).
Find the pipe coming out of the roof nearest the bathroom with the problem and when a second person flushes the toilet you should be able to feel
air moving in and out of the pipe with your hand covering the end. If not the vent could be blocked by leaves or animals etc., this vent has to be clear in order for water to drain properly.

Water won't go down the bowl..Seems to flush fine except water wont go down...Nothing is obstructing is not clogged

If water won't go down, you have an obstruction. It might be up inside the trap of the toilet. Use a closet auger to try to remove it. If the toilet trap is clear, you either have a clogged stack or vent.
