The battery is easily drain even i replaced it an new battery, what is the posible problem of my vespa lx 150 ie? Ty

Many answers you need a multimeter or ammeter to measure the quiescent current drawn (power used when nothing turned on)

Set it on the 10a scale and measure the current drawn ,put the leads in series with the battery feed wire.

Causes could be a faulty regulator pack or a short on the stator of the generator,a scuffed cable shorting to earth ,(usually around the brake light switch) or a faulty switch causing a lamp to light continuously . I could go on but that should give you a starting point.
good luck

How do you fix a ground loop

ground all electronics to the same connecting point, don't rely on grounds through equipment, or through the chassis , instead bring the ground from each to a single connecting point as close the the negative potential of the battery as possible. Make sure your ground wires are a heavy enough gauge so as not to create a large voltage drop between the actual ground and the equipment. The more current drawn by the equipment, the heavier the ground wire should be. Voltage drops occur on both the ground and the supply wires. When a ground wire is too small this voltage will vary with the current drawn, and you'll end up with a floating ground at the equipment.

Something is draining the power out of my battery during the night ,it as a stock alarm system on it but it has never drained it before . If there iS a loose ground going to my distributer ,would that be...

You have a parasitic drain. Remove one fuse at a time and connect an ammeter between the fuse and the fuse holder. Everything should be off (no current drawn). When you see current being drawn, then that is the circuit to investigate. Normally it will be a switch feeding a light in the trunk-hood, etc. All tests with key out of the ignition.

What is the power load for this model? Amps? Thanks.

You don't sya make and model but the easiest way to find out is to look on the production/serial number label for the exact details.
If you need the current drawn, divide the total Wattage drawn by your mains voltage and that will give you the current in Amps.
Hope that helps.

Why cigarette lighter does not work?

80 Series cig lighters have a fuse and a thermal couple, as do most cig lighters. The fuse will blow if too much current is drawn but if an acceptable but high current is drawn for a long period the thermal couple may blow.
Note: the thermal couple can not be replaced like a fuse.

Flat battery

Replace that fuse and start by removing fuses one by one from block, till draw disappears. Then, check that system for problems.
Don't forget: your alternator will always show up as a small draw.
Check accessories such as glovebox light first... Often, if box is not closing properly, it will kill the battery in a few days. Same goes for interior light delay!
