- I have the same problem except my carafe exploded while making coffee! Went to Wal Mart to get a replacement but ..... they don't carry it!!! Have not been able to find one since! - GuestApr 16, 2009
- I bought a Durabrand 12 cup coffee maker and the glass carafe broke when the carafe didn't sit exactly square under the drip. And because it is cheaper to just buy a new coffee maker vice the carafe, I bought another unit. I just broke the carafe again! This time it was because I forgot to turn off the burner when the carafe was on there empty (really, it was only about 10min!). So now I have two units with no glass carafes. I was wondering is anyone knows what an equivalent carafe would be. Durabrand is obviously not a big name brand.- Guest
