Click on Tools menu (Press "alt" key to active menu bar).
Click on "Internet Options". a configuration window you will appear
Click on advanced tab.
Un-check a option named as "use software rendering instead of GPU rendering". it is located under "accelerated graphics".
Method 3 : Disable 3d in "NVIDIA Graphics driver"
Disable "stereoscopic 3D" option into "NVIDIA Graphic driver" application. (If you have Nvidia Graphics Drivers & Software, If you don't have the you can leave that step)
Open Nvidia software from system tray.
Disable the option named as "stereoscopic 3D" from NVIDIA Drivers (NVIDIA driver is a computer Graphics drivers their software runs on system tray. )
If you've had internet service previously, and it has stopped working, try this: go to settings > wireless and network > mobile networks > access point names. Touch access point names -- this should bring up data network(s) you originally had. (If the choices now include the word "disable," the following could work for you as it did for me just now.) Next, touch the "menu" button on the phone (the left-most of the 4 buttons on the phone below "Samsung" at the bottom of the screen). After touching the menu button, a screen should appear at the bottom with options to "add new APN" or "reset to default." Touch "reset to default" and your previous internet connection should come back.
goto settings-connections-connections (again)- advanced-select networks-edit network (top option)- (if selected)edit current connection-set name( then next)-enter access point name (e.g orange.co.uk) then next-ignore rest of options and select finish. this worked for my tytn II get onto the three notwork internet, hope this helps for you too.
You probably have a computer-virus.
Backup your data/music files to an external device (USB memory-stick or external disk-drive).
Repeatedly, run Windows Update to update it.

Reload your data files.
After installing IE8 on vista I kept getting msg Internet Explorer has stopped working - continually looping thru this message.
Solution for me was.
End IE with task manager - needed to do a couple of times.
Then from control panel -> programs -> manage addons I disabled all add ons and then IE started OK. Then by process of elimination stated enabling add on until failed again.
In my case it was the skype addon that was causing IE to fail. Leaving it disabled has allowed IE8 to function.
My guess is that a neighbor close by, got a similar fan. This is common I understand. Other than that.....I can not think of a single thing! I say that even after 30+ years of working with electrical, and electronics.

When you close out does it give you a message to "close all tabs. If so and you ok it will shut down everything that internet explorer is working on. When I/E is open and you want to close only the screen you are on look at the top of the page and you will see the tabs that are currently open and close them individually from there.
