I have a craftsman 33 gal compressor with a o smith k56a67b23 motor. when I turn it on it runs very slow and pops circuit breaker every time. capacitor or motor?

That motor has been discontinued. You might try and replace start capacitor and if it has run capacitor replace it also. From experience I found that is cheaper to junk unit and buy a new one. You wouldn't want spend a couple hundred dollars on motor.

A.O. Smith motor wont spin on its own, just hums. got the motor to spin when it is assisted by hand. so it isnt FROZEN. started up that way too. However had to do so in the final filter basket so I...

If you can, I would certainly replace the capacitor; you are describing classic bad capacitor symptom. There is no guarantee, though, but the cost is low. Remember, the capacitor holds voltage even when the motor is unplugged!
I would bet that once you get the motor running correctly, your pumping problem will resolve itself.
I don't believe that suddenly two problems occurred at once.

Fan outside isn't running and when turned on the unit outside is running very loud.

The fan outside keeps your compressor cool, the compressor, if left running without the fan running to cool it down can get damaged, the fan normally gets its power from a switch box located outside or near
it. or the motor on the fan could have just gone bad. the fan motor is not as expensive as the compressor to replace. its easy to replace. sometimes what goes out 1st on these motors is the capacitor, the capacitor stores enough voltage to give the motor that extra push to turn. many times its just the capacitor that goes out. when you purchase a motor make sure you also get the matching capacitor.if you can turn the fan and it starts running, its the capacitor, if it starts running and has any kind of bearing noise then you will have to replace the motor. good luck!

Gas is Fine, Compressor runs, maybe after +-30min it trips the Breaker

Compressor amps gradually increasing. Due to Condenser block-Clean it. Running capacitor weak-Replace capacitor.Fan motor less rpm or winding weak.- Replace capacitor/motor. Helpful?

Fan will not spin on it's own. I must take the vent cover off and spin the fan manually. I think I need to replace the capacitor (sp) but don't know what it looks like.

If the fan is a capacitor start, induction run motor, then it is a good chance you need a new cap. This will be a round or oval shaped can that has spade connections on the top. Depending on the unit, it may have a dual capacitor. These capacitors provide the power necessary to start the fan and the compressor. Be sure to replace with a very close match as the existing.
If the fan is a PSC (permanent split capacitor) motor, then it will have a run capacitor wired in series with the start winding, and this capacitor never comes out of the circuit, providing greater running efficiency. This capacitor can be mounted directly to the motor, or placed remotely.
Hope this helps

With the Air set to onor auto, i get power to the unit but it will not run, i hear like a starting noice but the fan will not move

Allow the motor an hour to cool off. Then try to restart via normal method PLUS try spinning the motor by hand. If the motor starts to run normally for a few minutes, disconnect the power, remove the capacitor, and take the capacitor to your local HVAC parts warehouse to have them test it for you. If the capacitor tests "failed", replace the capacitor. If the capacitor tests "good", you will need to replace the motor (replace the capacitor when you replace the motor).
Hope you find this to be very helpful to you, moving forward. :-)

Not running at251201-01

Check if the motor winding is still OK. (Not grounded or
burnt windings) If still ok, replace the starting capacitor
and running capacitor of the motor. Start it up, see if
this will run normally. If it doesn't, check the centrifugal
switch. All this tips is for a capacitor start and run motors for pumpmotor service.

RV A/C fan won't start on its own

This could be the problem. It is more likely that the motor bearing is bad. Take the fan capacitor and have it tested. Or replace it, (under $20). Was the fan motor loud before this happened? Hopefully it is just the capacitor, the motor runs $60 - $100 and is a FUN to replace.
