Question about Lands Phones
Every now and then, the paging alert of my Uniden 8860 handsets sounds of its own accord (usually late at night). Any hints as to how I can make it stop?

SOURCE: Uniden handset doesn't work
If you replaced it with a working new battery pack. You can test it in another phone. The Battery pins on the phone board could have a poor connection which requires soldering.

Most cordless phones are sold advertised with their frequencies, as they are not intended to be changed. If there is a way to change the frequency it would be located in the handbook for the phone that came with the device or for download from the manufacturer's website.
