Bios reinstall fail

When i want to reinstall the bios on my Ipaq Hx2410, the bargraph freeze on 5 hours and is deconnected. Now the unit is not turning on when i tried an hard reset, the screen is already black. I tried to put the unit on the craddle an is not view by the Pc on Win2000.

Do you have a solution, i am an electronic technicien!
