Turning off

the unit is on and playing and then randomly it goes to a screen and the music stops and the screen says error and i dont know how to fix it but turn my truck off or hit the reset button and the manual says it has something to do with the amp but i dont know wat the problem is

i fixed it the problem was not getting enough power to the unit

I had the same problem on the weekend...I think it may have something to do with the unit getting HOT, they say not turn the screen off whenever you can, cause that is what generates alot of heat
