How may I help You?

Honestly, I'm not sure. I had the new starter tested and it's fine. I made sure to connect everything properly. The fuses are good, and I had the battery tested and fully charged. At this point I have no idea what is keeping the starter from turning over. When I turn the key in the ignition, I hear a single click and power to the engine overall, but it won't start.

I would check the wheel nuts are tight as you should recheck nuts after driving when any wheel work is done.. As the two systems are sometimes connected by the single sensor it is possible that a wire has been disturbed when the work was being done. It is hard to say yes to your question but if you drive sensibly ,at a reasonable speed and there are no obvious faults or adverse feelings while driving It would be alright to continue on your way. The lights are telling you of a possible fault found by the cpu and is alerting you to possible danger if you continue to drive.

Your asking if the car didn't like the way you drive it &
some how is playing a game with you?

IT IS A CAR --- not a human

Sounds as though you bought someone elses problems

You have to now go thru the entire car to sort out the issues

2003 Audi A4 1.8T Check Engine light on

The CEL means there is a Diagnostic Fault Code stored in the Engine Control Unit. There are 1000's of DTC's, so you will need to have it read by a Code Reader. Auto Parts stores like Auto Zone, Pep Boys, perhaps even Advanced Auto often will read the code for you; but by law they cannot clear the codes. Many codes do not cause drivability problems, severe ones will trigger the ECU to run in a Limp Mode, which would require repair work before any trip longer than a few miles. Hope this is helpful.

DISCHARGE WARNING LIGHT ON

It might leave you stranded. Because without the alternator. which I think is your problem your battery will run down in a very short time. Even if you had a new battery.Check the belt first as Toyota Ed suggested. If it's good, and not broken. Replace the alternator and if you have to, the battery also. One could affect the other.
