Well I wouldn't mention getting married to soon that scares some girls away. From what youve posted that sounds like what your looking for. So my advice is to ask them how they feel, ask them what there goals are and if they talk about wanting to get married simply say you are looking for the same thing but don't rush into talk about that.

You should not be thinking of getting married, It should be a feeling you get when your with someone who you know you can't do without... a girl who you know you want to spend every minute of your life with and share all the things good that happens in your life. When you wake up in the morning and your glad her face is the first thing you see and the look in her eyes tells you she feels the same way... Then you'll know it's time for marriage.
