How to remove the 3 locks from the panel. Both side of the panel are riveted. How to remove the panel to reach the 3 locks.

If everything else is in proper working order, either a refrigerant level issue or and expansion device issue. If system constantly runs the previous, if not, possible temperature control. Look for system cycling or not cycling.

Doors do not self shut. Stays open a little bit. Can the doors be adjusted or do springs have to be replaced?

there are no springs . check to see if it is level or just slightly off lower at the back helps close the door

Is it a fridge or freezer, and what are the symptoms, in detail? Is all working normally, just not switching off? Check condenser clear and clean, and try turning thermostat down to 1 (if mechanical) or up to 40 (if electronic)

Need to replace door gaskets


There are two gasket options for that model! If you have your unit's serial # we can ID the exact gasket you need. Replacing your gasket is a simple process and it looks that your gasket is a simple snap in option. Here's option1 & Here's option 2

It looks like both gasket options are made out of the same profile material but the dimensions changed per when the unit was manufactured. I have a commercial freezer and I just replaced the gasket. Its the exact fit for this model and didnt have any problems installing it. When I close the door it wont stay shut in other words the gasket...

this is happening because of the new gaskets, what you do is lay something against the door or doors overnight and tomorrow they will be great. hopw this helps.

Yes. The heater is there to prevent condensation. If you disconnect it you may get moisture on the glass. If you cut the wires be sure to tape them up.

Freeze will not run doors heat nothing else

That is known as a puffed capacitor and usually indicates a power supply problem as well. The cap can be changed with a 50/50% chance to work again unless it took out other components.
