My lg phone says to add smart chip

The smartchip is the SIM. Without knowing which model you are working with it's hard to say for certain what the problem may be. On my older W580i, you have to slide the SIM all the way into the slot - until it actually clicks, locks into place and doesn't pop back out when you release it. The battery will not properly hold it in place.
For several other models I've seen people indicate that the SIM needs to be shimmed slightly - with the edge of a folded piece of paper, for example - to properly hold it in position against the contacts.

It wont read my sd card anymore it has always worked fine Im a photographer and use this port many many many times a day and never have a problem till now i have restarted my computer and it has work after...

it's possible that the card simply isn't being read correctly in the slot. pop the card out and then push it back in with a little bit of force. if still nothing, plug the card back into the camera and try to hook the camera up via USB if that works then it's not the card.

Show your memory card location

Remove the back cover by holding the phone firmly then slide in the back cover of the handset. You will now see your MicroSD and SIM card slots. Take your SIM card and slide it into the slot provided with the chip facing down. You will also see a small diagram showing you which way to insert the SIM card. Now slide open your MicroSD memory card slot gate, pop your MicroSD memory card into the slot, then close the MicroSD memory card slot gate by sliding it forward then backwards.

I have a camera that carries a 1GB SD and when it is inserted in the camers the camera says the card is locked, but the switch on the side of the card shows it is not locked. what can I do?

Spray dry air or contact cleaner into card slot to remove any debris...work card in and out several times should have a push-push action...pushing in card should slightly spring back...push again card should pop out a little.
Sounds like latch that catches and holds card is broke or stuck...hope it's stuck!

Sd card slot on computer wont take sd card anymore

Try using a tweezer to get the sd card out, but if you're having a hard time removing it. There is no way but to replace the motherboard since you will really need a force to remove it (mechanical problem) and it will anyway damage that motherboard.

Flash card will not stay in it's proper spot.

That means either the lock inside the slot of the canon broke or the latch on the flash card is worn out. Can you try another card and see if it locks in.?

Sd card locked

Don't worry guys if you can change the tire on yout car you can fix the SD CARD LOCKED PROBLEM.
You will need a set of mini phillips screwdrivers (everyone has a set in there box)
Open camera door note the tiny scews I think 4~5 of them also two screws that hold the back-up watch battery. remove all of them.
there are more screw inside just take your time and find them.
Carefully lift out the guts and you will see a set of contacts along the side of the SD CARD SLOT.
You can slide your sd card in and out of the slot and note that the contact point open and close.
the reason your card reads LOCKED is because the contact points are dirty I used fine sandpaper
to clean them up after I done this the camera worked perfectly again. The whole job took all of 15 min to preform.

Why does my lens close automatically after i turn on my Olympus Digital Camera D-500???

Only thing I can suggest is to try different batteries again. maybe something more generic, regular aa's. also note that the d-500 can use only mem cards that go up to 16 mb, 32 if you do an upgrade. If you're trying to use a newer card that might be the reason. Good luck
