Brand new but wont work.

I bought this saw (WSC7.25 A36) a while ago but never used it. When I purchased a battery charged it and tried to use it for the first time, nothing happened. The battery works fine with my other hilti tools.

I was wondering if there is some sort of safety feature that must be addressed before the saw can be used for the first time or if it's just defective. I no longer have the manual.

Thanks for any help.

I am going to take a shot at this and suggest that there is a safety slide button that has to be pushed in or slid from side to side. Can you feel the trigger fully depress and if not that is where I would look. Let me know and I will contact Hilti and see what I can do or you can call them direct at 1-800-879-8000 and you might also ask them about a user manual for this tool.

Check the contacts that they align properly, they change them from time to time and clean contacts with pencil eraser sometimes their is a film that stops proper contact of electrodes

Ryobi riding mower wont charge old or new battery!

Try jumpering battery directly to the starter terminal. The ignition switch or start relay could be the problem.

My toshiba click mini wont charge

If you are using the correct charger and it isn't charging, look at the port for any visual damage and make sure the charger is fully plugged into the laptop (may sound basic but best to cover everything)

You may also want to try plugging it in to different plugs.

If it still isn't charging you may want to considering removing the battery from the laptop and then plugging it back in and trying again, you may also have to purchase another battery if yours is faulty, if you bought it recently brand new then you may be able to get this via the warranty from where you purchased it from.

If you bought it second hand then contact the seller or merchant and request a replacement.

Ryobi will not start

The saw you're asking about is battery powered, not gas. If this is the actual model you have, I don't know where you could even put the gas. Have you charged the battery?

New phone charging super slow and says charging when it's not even plug in

firstly, you should try and get a new phone over the warranty you may have /may have not bought with your purchase, if that is not the case you can always try and do it yourself, by giving the phone a factory reset, if that does not work you should contact the brand of your phone for help and an optional repair.
i hope this helped you!

My brand new alternator wont stay charged

Check the charging relay if working. You can find it in the fuse box which is either in the engine compartment or under the dashboard on the drivers side legroom.

I purchased a brand new P113 Ryobi charger about 2 years ago. It has never worked. If I put a P104 battery in for a charge, it looks like it works correctly. I push the battery tester on the battery...

If you have your receipt, check with Ryobi to see if it is still under warranty. It comes with either a 2 or 3 year warranty, depending on when it was purchased. If it is still covered, get it replaced/repaired. If it is not, buy the P117 charger. $30 at Home Depot. It has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If it charges your batteries properly, you're good. If not, bring it back if you don't like/want it. My P113 won't get out of test mode now, or charge Lithium batteries anymore. So I bought the P117 yesterday. Works great, and it's a lot cheaper than new batteries! And it has a 3 year warranty.

Have a 1996 Taurus wagon--dead battery--got brand new battery and connected it properly and car barely turns over and wont turn enough to start--car was sitting for about three months

Was the battery checked before it was sold to you? Batteries will lose their charge over a period of time even when not hooked up. If you have a voltmeter it should read 12.8 volts on a fully charged battery.
Have you tried to boost the car with cables?
I suspect if the car was working OK 3 months ago it should start. Which leads me to suggest an undercharged battery.

Batteries

Hi, This might be a case of the defective batteries (though brand new). Most if not all rechargeable batteries including Li-Ion batteries have only so much shelf life. The unit might be new but have been with the dealer for sometime. Probably your best bet would be to bring it back to the dealer and ask for a replacement camera or at least the batteries. Show him the fully charged indicator and how quick it will be gone when you try to take a pic. Of course, you would need your warranty card, proof of purchase and any other documents normally asked for complaints like this, Hope this give you an idea. Good luck and kind regards.
