Table saw blade alignment

Are you referring to the table top or rip fence alignment? The blade itself is not aligned. We adjust the table to parallel with blade and the rip fence should toe away from blade 0.01mm over the length of the rip fence to prevent binding.

I have a delta 34-444 table saw, is it a right or left tilt, or how do i find out?

Left-tilt, right-tilt refers to the direction the top of the blade can be tilted when it is not straight up and down. There will be an indicator on the front of the saw, normally pointing to zero. When you adjust the blade away from zero, if it tilts to the left, it is a left-tilt saw.

I have a 10" Delta table saw. It was running rough

Check that the blade is not warped or binding. Don't use long extension cords. Check your home breakers. Also check if the table saw has a breaker. Don't force lumber into the blade too fast and don't jam the lumber between the guide and blade. Try a different outlet and check your wire for breaks. Good luck!

When replaced blade I can not get the blade tight. The whole shaft turns when I try to tighten the blade Delta Model 36-540

You might be able to find a manual here.
You need to lock the blade in place so it doesn't rotate when you loosen the arbor nut. Many older rockwell/delta saws actually had a detent ground in the shaft behind the blade that allow the use of a second wrench to hold the shaft from spinning while the nut is loosened. It takes a special thin wrench to get in there, and the ones that came with the saws were bent just behind the head of the wrench to get around the blade and out the throat, but if you know anyone with a delta tablesaw they may have one you can borrow, or perhaps you can grind down an old cheapy that fits.
If that's not the case, try the instructions I gave in this link. You should be able to use the same block of wood to hold the blade firmly while tightening the nut against the blade collar washer. (Make sure you're using one, and didn't drop it into the sawdust below the saw when you removed the blade.)

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

I have a used bandsaw but i don't know what model

Band saws are measured by length and width of the blade so measure the length or just take it to the parts place and you should be able to get one of the same size unless its an old or off size no longer made but I dont see that being a problem. Try ebay for your measurements or even Grainger.

How do you change the windshield wiper blades on a 1996 ford bronco

The 1996 Ford Bronco takes a 18" replacement wipers on both drivers side and passenger side. Don't just go by lengths though - when buying windshield wiper blades be sure to always use the application guide book at the store or now-a-days you can Google 'lookup wiper size'.

You want to look this up because correct wiper fit is more than correct length, it's also proper attachement. Not all attachments fit all arms. Using the application guide or looking up wiper size online will avoid headaches of buying the right lengths with the wrong attachements.

The replacement wiper blades will come with step-by-step, illustrated instructions and once you have the instructions and the wiper blades/arms in your hands in front of you, it will all make better sense and will an easy maintenance task. Very simple and takes 5-15 minutes usually not requiring any tools.

If in your budget, upgrade to the newer-style frameless "beam blades" which perform better than conventional framed wipers. I use Trico NeoForm Beam Blades which are fantastic. Hope this helps!

I bought a delta scroll saw model number 40-540, the blade was broken. I need to know how to change the blade and what type of blade the saw takes. Thank you

your delta scroll saw has two blade attachment points one under the table and one in the arm. attach under the table first and then in the arm. that way you can be sure to adjust the tension properly.

there are only two styles of scroll saw blade, those with pins and straight blades without pins

look carefully at your saw and you will be able to see which type holder you have

Replace the blade. It is very dull. Cherry is very hard wood and should be only cut with a very sharp blade.
