Check your cables and then move the channel selector through all settings a couple of times. This will give some indication of the real problem. If the channel comes back after exercising the channel selector, then you have a "Furred up" selector. If the channel doesn't come back then you may have a failed amplifier in the amp.

As the channels are identical you can use the good channel has a guide to the bad one. First thing is to look around see if anything does not look the same as the right channel.

If nothing obvious stands out, with the power on, using an insulated screwdriver touch the two channels one at a time. Keep away from the power supply and anything that is common to both channels. The channel will buzz once touched. Depending which points you touch them. The right channel will tell you if it should buzz at that point. Work backwards from the speaker outputs if you can. If you hear a buzz on the left channel then it is working at that point, if it produces the same sound on the right.
Using this method you should track down the part that has gone.

if front left is working it is possible u have a dry solder on ur right channel line. try resoldering or if u want to know exactly where dry solder is, shake gently every right channel components and connections. if resoldering does not work it is possible u have a faulty ouput amp for ur right channel. if ur not sure about this i suggest u get it checked by a qualified tech.

Mitsubishi HS-412UR - Audio - Right Channel Not Working Properly

One of the strangest things that has happened to both the consumer and the technical field has been the use of a flexible adhesive on many of these machines' circuit boards. The glue in question is vanilla-colored, and has a tendency to react to electricity by inducing capacitance, resistance, and in some cases, even causing inductance issues. The fix, of course, is to remove as much of this material as possible, and following right behind with a nylon-based retainer. Then, if the problem persists, a followup with tried and true technical procedures...accordianman
