Question about Samsung Washer & Gas Dryer Wf431abw & Dv431agw
My dryer works fine if I use the Time Cycle and manually set it. But this dryer has nice preset features like Sanitize, Towels, Normal, Bedding, etc. The dryer cuts off way too soon, many times within 5 minutes. I've had this dryer only over a year. I clean the lint every time I use it. There is no lint in the trap when this happens. And, the manual cycle works well.

why not do the special cycle and set it as "My Cycle". that way you can keep that one special setting under this cycle and use it every time you wish to use that particular setting

Samsung is a division of Maytag and they take pride in their respect of their customers. In a nice way I recommend you contact them. Not the people that serviced your washing machine. They may be the problem, not Samsung. I sponsor Samsung and Maytag and many other major companies. So please contact the information listed below and they will get you fixed and the people that are charging you for all these repairs. Thanks for understanding, Sea Breeze

SOURCE: Samsung Front Loader P801 5
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
First the 'E6'. The only Manufacturer's decode I have for Samsung 'E6' is 'water temperature rising/ falling too quickly, check thermistor'. I would go through the balancing act (detailed below) and then see if it recurs. If so it's a service call I'm afraid ;-0(
Now the dancing
Although you say it's level I would recommend you try my method to make absolutely certain before considering something inside ;-0)
It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly!
Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then-
very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up!
If this corner did not rock do the same to the other.
Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.
If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal suspension is malfunctioning.

The nd error code stands for No Drain.
Try following the steps here:
You will need to slide the unit forward to access the pump if there is no access panel on the lower front. If the clean out access panel is on the lower front bail the water from the washer and twist the filter head counter-clockwise. If the front panel does not have the access panel the washer will need to be slide forward. With the washer pulled out the back access panel can be removed. With the panel removed, the drain pump will be visible. Remove the two hoses on the pump followed by the two 7/16 bolts that mount the pump down. With the pump off, you can now remove the debris inside.
Put the washer back together and test for proper operation. If the error code comes back this means that the pump is clogged again or the pump has failed and would need to be replaced.
I hope this information helps you. A 4-thumbs up rating is greatly appreciated. :)
