Question about Garmin GPSMAP 178C Sounder GPS Receiver
I replaced the plug connection of the gpsmap 178c with a gpsmap 521s connection due to lack of spare cables. I know the positive pin and ground pin. where do the rest of the wires go as to connect to the transducer. Thanks

Backlight problem: Remove the display, remove the light tube from behind the LCD. Buy a led panel from Ebay for around $5 and install it behind the LCD under the drfusing layers. Run the wires out to a 12 VDC source and there you have it.
