The mattress pad works fine as a bassinet and change table. When the basinet is removed the mattress does not lay flat. It the boards overlap and do not flat even after the velcro straps have been used. It is raised tin the centre because of the protruding handle in the middle of the playpen that is used to collapse .....
Please contact the company that you purchased it from, and ask for a refund, as soon as you can...these can collapse on your child, or like mine, get stuck in it. Just from me to you, get a better playpen...look up the injuries that happen with these types. Better safe than sorry, hope it works out for you...Michelle~

Which part of the bedding is soiled and needs to be washed?
There should be a flat sheet that covers the mattress pad, an optional top sheet, a comforter, a dust ruffle, pillow sham and a decorative cover for the hooded area.
Remove the comforter & top sheet & set them aside. Pick up the mattress inside the bassinet, remove the flat sheet on it and put that with the other items to wash. Leave the mattress pad out, and you should be able to see the dust ruffle. The dust ruffle goes under the mattress pad and hangs like a skirt on the bottom of the bassinet. Pick up the dust ruffle and untie any ribbons that might be used to anchor it on the sides or bottom area. Depending on the bedding set you bought or are using with the bassinett, the piece that goes around the hood area might have elastic to keep it snug, or if you are using the default that came the model that is sold in California, US - its not really removeable without a lot of trouble and other problems - (I would suggest leaving it on unless its REALLY soiled).
Your bassinet may be on recall. If so, take it back to Walmart for a full refund of the original retail price, no receipt required. Take a printout of the link below. No problem!
Children have died in these. Please dont become a statistic.
I have a Graco Cherry Blossom Play yard, however it was passed down and I dont know how or what holds the mattress up to convert it to a bassinet. I'm thinking that a part is missing or can you please tell me what holds the mattress up for infants? Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may be lucky with Mamas and Papas, I know that they do make travel cot mattresses, but am unsure if they will make the size you require. I would suggest that you measure the internal dimensions and contact them,
I have had this problem with one of my daughter’s playpens. What I did was take the mattress out then pull the bottom part up.After that I pushed the buttons underneath the top rails and pulled up on those as well. For some odd reason this playpen WILL NOT collapse until you pull the bottom up.Hope this helps.
hi. i have those directions. i have model no. 3013 pro. this can be found on the mattress support. if it is the same type of bed attachment, then here are the directions (if it isn't the same then it gives you a general idea of how it works)
converting to a bedside sleeper remove canopy from bassinet. unsnap the fabric and remove the removable cross tube from the bassinet frame fold the Velcro panel down over the support bar and tuck under fabric bottom position the retainer plate on the side of the bed opposite where the bedside sleeper will be, thread the retainer strap through the space between the mattress and box spring. make sure retainer plate is vertical and flush against the mattress and box spring. connect the strap ends to the snap connectors on the support tube. bassinet must be pulled snugly along side of the bed.
if that isn't right, here is their support number: 18008588323. hope it works.
