Hi
I don't think this is actually any sort of problem, it's probably just a code to identify your system.

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi Elizabeth. MobileMe no longer exists, as such. It was replaced by iCloud about 3 years ago. To sign up, go to icloud.com or contact Apple. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MobileMe

Sync Contacts in Address Book from computer to iPHone.

On your iPhone, make sure that
  • in the Settings app
    • Mail, Contacts...-->iCloud has Contacts enabled (green button)
On your Mac, make sure that
  • System Preferences-->iCloud has Contacts checked.
If the iPhone still doesn't sync,
  • connect the USB cable from the iPhone to the Mac,
  • open iTunes,
  • make sure that "automatically sync iPhone when connected" is checked in the Summary window of your iPhone (in iTunes);
  • and click "sync" in the lower right corner of your iTunes window.

Can I sync my iCloud and gmail contacts together?

Check out this video explaining the process in less than a minute.
  1. First, go into System Preferences > iCloud and uncheck the contacts box (that's right).
  2. Open up Address Book and go to Preferences > Accounts. Check the "Synchronize with Google" box and enter your Google credentials when prompted.
  3. Head back into System Preferences > iCloud and recheck the Contacts box. It will ask you if you want to merge your computer's Contacts with your iCloud contacts; pick Merge. Then, it'll tell you that it's going to turn off Google sync, which is okay, so hit OK.
