My grandson gave me a Jumbo Innovage remote and I have no idea how to program it. There were no instructions or codes.

There is usually a Set or Setup button on the remote control. Try hitting the key you want to program (ie TV, VCR, DVD...), then hold down the setup button until it flashes twice.
Now - enter the code you have for that device. It should flash twice again when you have it. If it was successful, you should be able to push the power button, and the device should turn off.

We too have the same problem. TV is a 2000 Toshiba 57" screen. My aunt is nearly blind so this device working would help a lot. Any thoughts?

The remote worked for 2 weeks and then some strange buttons must have been pushed because it doesn't do a thing. I need to program either a Mitsubishi, or an RCA. We have pushed every button and I think screwed it up even more, help please.

I have been able to turn on the tv with the remote. after holding code search, then pushing the tv button. then i pushed the power button multiple times. the tv turned on, and then i held down enter, and nothing happened. I am lost after getting the tv turned on. my next step is not working
