Malwarebytes or Spybot Search & Destroy are both good protection, and both free.

make sure you dunn have any keyloggers installed and you dont install any active x control while surfing internet. Use MCafee 8.5i antivirus and turn windows firewall on. Moreover do one thing scan you pc once a week which is more than enough any other thing do tell me
