Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Need codes for all regions on Panasonic DMP-BD60

Hi, I don't think there are any codes, it has to be modified by inserting a chip, and unless you know about electronics or soldering, I would either find a friend or take it to a competent repair shop, because if it is done wrong , you will have a bricked dvd player.
Here is a link that shows you what to do.

I think this is the only way.

I hope this helps you, let me know.

SOURCE: is it possible to recode

Hi.

There is no quick region hack for this model (see here:Panasonic DMP-BDT100 region ). There is a region kit that will install a region free firmware, and that can be purchased here.

Firmware can also be downloaded here.

Firmware upgrade may affect warranty and may damage the unit if not done in the correct way. Read all instructions, ensure that you are downloading the correct firmware, and do not interrupt the upgrade once started.

Regards.

Ginko.

Unlock region code

Are u sure that's a Blu-Ray disc player? I thought BD players are regionless (region-free). Regions are only for DVD players.

I have a DMP-BD35. It will play regular DVD's but doesn't play blu-ray. Just makes noise and then goes to "STOP". Would love any help.

Do you have the latest firmware installed on the player? If not you can get it from the Panasonic web site (www.panasonic.com for U.S.or www.panasonic.ca for Canada). If you are in a different country go to www.panasonic.net and select your region from the Global Network world map.

Once you are in the right site select support and then downloads and put in your model number. You can then see the latest firmware and instructions for installing it.
