Go to the website where you placed the order. There should be a link either to support, contact, or simply cancellation. Use those links. Hopefully, the support page tells you how to cancel. It is possible that the billing is handled by a third party site that you will need to contact or else face them charging you repeatedly. For example, if you ordered Vimax, that manufacturer might sell through an outlet rather than directly. You would have to cancel through contacting the outlet. You can also contact your credit card company and tell them you are not going to authorize any further payments to the company which has been accepting your payments. The credit card company should have contact information for that party, by the way.
To cancel a paid Amazon Prime membership, click End membership.
Note: Paid members who haven't placed an Amazon Prime eligible order are eligible for a full refund. You can't receive a refund if any of the household members have placed an Amazon Prime eligible order.
To cancel an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do not continue.
Note: If you don't cancel your Amazon Prime free trial, you will be automatically upgraded to a paid membership plan at the end of the trial period. You can find this date listed on the left-hand side of the Manage Your Prime Membership page. You will still have access to your Prime benefits until this date.
Most online stores have a place to check recent orders and past transactions. If, when you find your recent order, you can't find a button that lets you cancel the order, a quick call to their customer service department (which should be listed on their contact page), will let you cancel the order.
