BIOS Update for Sony VAIO VGC-RA840G computer.

Why do you need to update the BIOS? If your system is working, leave it alone. If you update the BIOS you may have to re-install the Operating System. (Not always the case though.) Download the Relevant BIOS from the Sony website and follow the instructions on the site, if you must!

Why do you need to update your BIOS? There may not be an update for your product, as not every BIOS has updates, that depends on the manufacturer. I hope this helped. Good lusk and have a pleasant day.

My Sony Vaio FZ4000 does not turn on after a bad bios update

Hi,

Unfortunately, if a VAIO is not turning up after a failed BIOS update, the only option is to flash the original BIOS. This is only done at Sony service center.

You need to contact a Sony service center near your area. it get the BIOS flashed.

Thanks!!!!
