I have intermatic timer T30003R. How do I change the timer motor

My understanding is this timer uses typical T100 series 120Volt clock motor.
The motor has identifying numbers printed on it.
T100 series 120V clock motor is available at Grainger:
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Time-Clock-Motor-1PNK1?Pid=search
Selection of Intermatic clock motors are available on-line:
http://www.electricsupplyonline.com/prod/intermatic-motors.php

To replace motor:
Timer mechanism snaps out of box using a thumb-spring located at top of mechanism.
Clock is located on back of mechanism, and is held by 2 star-screws.
You can buy star screwdriver bit at auto parts store or hardware.
Clock motor has two white wires that are connected to terminals on front of timer.
Be sure to tighten terminals screws very tight after replacing clock motor.

Sounds like the clock motor has gotten weak.
You can replace Intermatic clock motors.

Motor has numbers printed on it that identify specific clock motor.

Motor is removable with small star screwdriver bit.
Clock motor has white wires that attach to terminals on front of mechanism.
Re-attach new clock to same terminals and tighten screws very tight.

WG1573 is a 240 Volt clock motor for T100 series timers.
This means you have T-104 timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html
Image shown on link above is T104R outdoor timer.
T104 indoor timer is the same except door does not have rubber gasket.
Terminals are labeled A 1 2 3 4
If this is not your timer, then add a comment.

Following instructions will convert T104 240V timer to T103 120V timer

Clock motor can be replace with identical 120V clock motor from Grainger
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Time-Clock-Motor-1PNK1?Pid=search

Timer mechanism snaps out and clock motor is located on back.
Remove clock motor with star screwdriver tip

Connect new clock motor wires to DIFFERENT terminals than before.
Old clock was connected to terminals 1 and 3
New 120V clock motor is connected to terminals A and 1

Wiring for 120V T103 is shown on link below.

My Intermatic timer is not working. I replaced the WG1573-10D motor but still it does not work. The manual override works so the power supply is ok. Any suggestions welcome.

Your question doesn't provide enough information.

You have 240Volt T104 Intermatic timer?
A) WG1573 is for 240 volt timer. If you have T101 or T103 timer, it takes 125V clock motor.
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Time-Clock-Motor-1PNK1?Pid=search

B) This is new installation? and clock motor only worked when override was ON, so you bought new clock motor. But actual problem is that wires from Load and Breaker are reversed.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html

C) Your timer worked fine in past years, but dial stopped rotating so you bought new clock motor?
You replaced clock motor.
Manual override works.

--And then your information ends.
Does clock motor work? Does the dial turn? Are your on-off trippers on the dial?
Are tripper worn down?
Buy new trippers.
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Timer-Tripper-2E054?Pid=search

If clock motor does not work, and circuit is 240Volts, then I suspect you connected clock motor to wrong terminals>? Clock motor connects to terminals 1 and 3.

Add a comment and fill in details so we can properly troubleshoot.

Where do I get a replacement motor for the 7008-00?

Intermatic clock motors are everywhere, but Paragon and Tork clock motors are a mystery.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#7000
Shows manuals and resources

According to Paragon accessory chart:
http://www.paragontimecontrols.com/parts_accessories.htm
7000 series 240V clock motor M3193-71
7000 series 120V clock motor M3099-00

7008-00 is listed as 120V clock motor
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Paragon-7000-series-manual.pdf

I cannot find M3099 120V clock motor on internet
Now Paragon has contact-us page for customer service:
http://www.paragontimecontrols.com/contact/default.aspx

I will also contact Paragon, and post results here if Paragon responds.

Time wheel stopped moving.

You posted under the Intermatic T-101

Troubleshoot:
Check if manual override turns Load on and off
If manual override snaps clean and crisp, and Load operates correctly, then you can replace the clock motor.
If manual override does not work very well, then you can buy another T-101 and swap out insides without changing box.
If manual override snaps clean and crisp, but Load does not come on, then check your electricity at breaker and check if wires are tight inside the timer.

Clock Motor
T-101: replace with T100series 120Volt clock motor
T-103: replace with T100series 120Volt clock motor
T-104: T100 series 240V clock motor

Where to buy clock motor:
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/timer-accessories/timers/electrical/ecatalog/N-8hi

How to replace clock motor:
Turn off power.
Take a photo of your wiring so you have a record of how wiring looks.
There are two small white wires that go to clock motor.
Inside box, there is a release lever located top of box.
Push release lever up and timer mechanism tips out.
Lift mechanism up slightly, and then tip all the way out.
Clock motor is held by tiny screws or tiny star-screws
Swap motors.
Attach clock motor wires on front terminals in exact location they were connected before.
Turn screw terminals very tight against copper wire.

Replacing timer motor

T-104 has 240Volt clock motor
WH-40 water heater timer has same 240Volt clock motor
T-103 has 120Volt clock motor
T-101 has 120Volt clock motor

T-100 series 120Volt and 240Volt clock motors sell at Grainger for $16
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/timer-accessories/timers/electrical/ecatalog/N-8hi

See large image of clock motor on back of Intermatic timer
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Back-of-T-104-800.jpg

To replace clock motor you need 6-sided star-screwdriver from auto parts store or hardware
You may also need tweezers or magnetic screwdriver if tiny screws fall down behind timer when replacing

Steps:
Order 120 or 240 volt clock motor
Turn off power to timer
Remove plastic cover over screw terminals
Take photo of wiring or make a drawing
Note exactly which terminals the clock wires connect to
Clock motor wires can connect to either terminal, there is not a plus or minus wire to clock
Loosen screws on front of timer to remove white-colored clock motor wires
Push the spring retainer located inside box at top ... this will release timer mechanism from box
Tip timer out and then lift up to release timer
Replace clock motor that is held by 2 screws
Keep clock wires away from other timer parts on back of timer
Snap timer back into box
Re-attach wires to terminals just like they were before
Tighten screws very tight against copper wires
Turn on power
Check that dial is rotating as time passes
