Question about Dryers
I am trying to replace the door switch, but do not know how to remove top panel of dryer.
Most 110 series has a simple Hinge along the back and snaps on the front corners. Tap a large screwdriver in the one corner and lift.. it should pop. then do the other corner

SOURCE: Need to replace element, switch
remove the front panel and you will be able to access everything. Unplug the dryer, open door and remove all screws, with a flat tip screw driver pry gently on the top corners. Gently move the panel forward and disconnect door switch. sit panel aside and lift top up and back, it should rest on its clips. then heating coil is in the back right corner. Good Luck Tim
