When I started college I had to take astronomy it was a very fascinating

This isn't really a question, but I'm guessing you want to know where to learn more? Always start by joining your local astronomy club. They will hold regular events in your area and often there is no fee to join. You don't even need a telescope, the astronomers will let you use theirs. Just show up and start learning.

Binoculars make a GREAT first "Telescope"!

For beginners in the Astronomy hobby we usually recommend that they buy a nice pair of either 7x50mm binoculars, or 10x50mm binoculars as their first 'telescope".

Additionally they should buy one or two Astronomy books, one of which should be a star chart. You will use the star chart and the binoculars to learn a little bit about the night sky BEFORE you buy your first telescope.

Good books:

Objects in the Heavens by Peter Birren-

Sky & Telescope Star Atlas-

Turn Left at Orion-

Spend a few months learning the sky with the binoculars and JOIN a local Astronomy club. The members will help you learn the sky and you will get to look through their telescopes and decide on which one you should purchase. Did you know that the Astronomical League gives awards for completing several different observations using binoculars! Join your local AL Astronomy club to learn about observing awards using only binoculars!

I was wondering if this specific has a manual? I am selling tomorrow and was wondering if there are any manuals out there

No manuals are available for that small telescope. The manual would only have assembly instructions it would not tell you how to find objects in the night sky.

Locate an Astronomy club and the members will help you learn the night sky.

I am need of the operations manual for a sears model 4-6344 telescope

You will not find an operators manual-- even if you did it only contains assembly instructions, it does NOT tell you how to use the telescope to find objects in the night sky.

Locate a local Astronomy club and attend their meetings and star parties. They will help you learn how to use that scope.

Actually what you need to do is join a local astronomy club and learn how to use your telescope to FIND objects in the sky. The manual will not help you with this. However read my TIPS on my profile page.
