Margaret easy....u will need to open the dvd player but remove it from power first after opening the screws with a philips screw driver u will see the cd part there is a mid plastic or metal over piece right on top of the cd unsrew the screws on its sides and there u will remove the cd ....now to repair the cd tray problem see if the a rubber pulley belt is cut just on the left backside of the cd tray if it is u will need to replace it with the same size in circumference and thickness and tension....if its ok and still not ejecting check the serrated sides of the tray for any teeth chipping if okay ensure the pulley rubber belt is of the correct size and tension power up the dvd and try ejecting and closing if working return the overpiece and load your dvd and seat back for your favorite blockbuster

My tv has built in DVD player Sanyo ModelDP26671 and I can not get it to reject the DVD

Unplug the power cord, wait ten minutes and plug it back in. They try to use the eject button on the front of the TV, not the remote control. If this doesn't work, you will have to disassemble the cover of the base and help it out with you hand while an assistant presses the eject button.

Unable to get tvchannels after using dvd

These days TV remotes have a "source" button on them. I'd suggest you keep pressing that until you get to the source that has your TV channels. If you don't have a source button on your remote you'll have to find some other way to switch the source channel on your TV.

My dvd

He may have reconnected the DVD player to a different connection on the back of TV. If so, you'll need to change the INPUT source using your tv remote control. On the TV remote, there should be a button that says something like INPUT or SOURCE. This button will let the TV display the signal coming through the different jacks on the back of the tv.

I am stuck on channel 2

some tv's default to channel 2 after being unplugged.since it is a older tv ,the buttons on the remote and the tv maybe worn down.on the tv itself try pushing the buttons down a liitle harder. if you have aux or line in/video inputs, scroll down on the channel button to log into a aux channel for the dvd player.as for the remote try buying a cheap universal remote to see if that works.
good luck
